Exit-scam recovery

A second, ugly pattern sits next to the timeshare itself. A company promises a cancellation, collects a large fee up front, tells the owner to stop paying the resort, and then goes quiet. The timeshare is still there. Sometimes a new one was sold as the “way out.”

What we ask you to gather

The contract with the exit company, proof of what you paid, any power of attorney you signed, emails or texts, and the name of any lawyer they said was on the file. If they told you a law firm had been retained, we want the engagement letter. If there isn’t one, that fact matters.

Do not send Social Security numbers, full card numbers, or bank logins through the form on this site.

The timeshare and the fee are two problems

Getting the fee back, and getting out of the timeshare, are related and not identical. A refund claim does not cancel the resort contract. A resort release does not automatically repay what the exit company took. The review says which of the two is realistic, and which needs a lawyer.

We will not restage the same pitch

We will not guarantee a cancellation, and we will not tell you to stop paying the resort because someone else already told you to. If another company has your power of attorney, unraveling that comes before anyone sends a new letter to the developer.

Any fee is explained in writing before paid work begins. We do not quote a price from a form, and we do not tell you to stop paying your resort before you hold a written release.

Bring the contract, not a theory.

A case review starts with the resort, the year you signed, and where the fees stand. Any fee for later work is explained in writing before it begins.
