Timeshare Cancellation Partners exists for owners who want out. Some of them signed at a presentation and are still inside a cooling-off window. Most of them have been paying maintenance for years on an interest they do not use, and they have been told, by someone, that getting out is either impossible or guaranteed.
Both of those sentences are sales language. The contract is more specific than either one.
What we are
We review timeshare documents, explain the paths that are actually on the page, and stay with the file through a developer program or a negotiated release when that is the work. We say so when a file needs a lawyer.

We are not a law firm. We do not give legal advice, we do not represent you in court, and a form on this website does not create an attorney-client relationship. We partner with independent law firms. If your matter needs one, we introduce you, and you hire that firm directly under its own engagement. Their advice is theirs. It is not ours.
What we will not invent
This site does not publish client counts, years in business, or testimonials we do not have. The reviews page will carry real accounts only when an owner has agreed to it. The state guides publish a rescission day count only where the statute has been read and linked.
